BedroomsThe master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a huge walk-in closet, smart tv, Ensuite bathroom with huge jacuzzi tub, shower, ecliptic ceiling and marble floors. Bedroom Two Queen sized bed with smart tv. Bedroom Three Queen sized bed with smart tv. Bedroom Four Queen sized bed with smart tv.

Towels and LinensTowels and Linens will always be provided along with basic amenities and hair dryers.

Laundry RoomThe laundry room features a new Samsung washer and dryer with detergent, iron, and ironing board provided.

CleanlinessWe are committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for our guests. Our full-time housekeeping staff has been trained to thoroughly clean the home in accordance with CDC guidelines. Complimentary hand-sanitizer will be provided.

SurveillanceSafety for our guests is a high priority. Surveillance is provided at all entrances and exists. No surveillance is located INSIDE the home!

Check-In and Check-OutWe offer contact-free Check-In and Check-Out. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is anytime before 11am. Depending on availability we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of $75. Please inquire about availability and pricing at the time of booking.

ParkingThere are two private driveways and ample off street parking.

What Do You Require For A Booking Deposit?If your stay is more than 60 days away from the day you are booking then a 50% of the booking amount is due at the time of booking. The second/final portion of balance is due 48 hours before check-in. If your stay is within 60 days than the entire balance of the booking is due at the time of booking.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the stay are eligible for a credit.
